About me
My name is Tiffany and I have been in the health care industry ever since i left school, at the age of 16. Having currently 12 years of expereince I have worked within many different care settings such as a nursing home and i was also a community based health care assitant for 6 years.
Within these years i have studied and obtained my NVQ 2 And NVQ 3 in health and social care.

Tiffany's Home Care can offer services throughout the Devon area. I offer a variety of personalized care and treatment solutions to my patients and work alongside my patients to understand their specific needs. I bring my services directly to your front door so you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of your own home.
Personal care
At Tiffany's Home Care, I am able to provide personal care. This can be as simple as assisting to the toilet or whether it be needing full assitance with personal hygiene, such as a shower or a bath. I always use personal protective equipment to obide by infection control.
End Of Life
End of life care is support for people who are in the last months or days of their life.End of life care should help you to live as well as possible until you die and to die with dignity.
At Tiffany's Home Care, I will ask you about your wishes and preferences, and take these into account as I work with you to plan your care. I will also support the family and other people who are important to my patients.
As an individual you have the right to express your wishes about where you would like to receive care and where you want to die.People who are approaching the end of life are entitled to high-quality care, wherever they're being cared for.
Meal preparation
Meal prepartion is key to everyones health. I make an individaul meal care plan for all of my service users, depending on their needs and background, if they have any allergies or nutritional factors.
Medication
At Tiffany's Home Care, I am able to administrate Medication to all of my patients. I undergo training annually to keep myself updated with all the current legislations, referring to medication such as the following.Medicines act 1986.The Humans Medicines regulations 2012..
24-Hour Care
With my 24-Hour Care services, patients can feel confident that their health matters will be addressed in a timely manner — without sacrificing their normal daily routines. At Tiffany's Home Care, I care for my patients’ health and wellbeing and provide personalized medical home care attention that will get them feeling better again.
